The customer service was awesome and we are very thankful to have such good people to deal with. LOS LUNAS, NM | 2023 Chevrolet EquinoxMay 22, 2026Jerry greeted us with a friendly hello and asked why we were there. We had an appointment for 9 am to have an oil change and tire rotation. He advised it would take approximately 1 and a half hour. About 10 am he came to let us know there was a recall which they were going to address. This would add another half hour to our wait time. We appreciate him keeping us informed. They finished with the car. I had received an email for a $20 credit towards an oil change. Jerry said he would accept it (yawhoo money is so tight nowadays) plus I had some reward points. We paid the remaining balance. I get to Albertsons and noticed something dangling on the drivers side so I get back in the car to the dealership. I drove in and Jerry was at the entrance, saw what was dangling and said not to worry, connected it and I went back to finish my errands. My point is that there should be a checklist to finalize the return of a vehicle to the customer. It just makes you wander if the technicians are in such a hurry that your vehicle is not serviced properly. It should just take a few minutes to complete a checklist.Response from Melloy Chevrolet
